cosfest 2009

been long time since i last blogged.

went to cosfest last weekend!!
fun la!
went to chalet which is organised by jjp and ozora . a lot of ppl went. but only shiroro and me (2 girls) stayed overnite, the rest are all guys.

i had to go to my uncle wedding on sat, den go to cosfest. by the time i reached, it was 6 pm plus liao!! omg! first time in years that i am missing cosfest day 1 la! anyway, lucky i can make it for day 2.

on sat nite, we had bbq. it rained 3 times. the food had to be carried into the room , and the floor is so wet la..everyone stepped around in the room. the bed is dirty too liao lo..wtf. anyway, it is really memorable.

den on sun, i went to the event wif a group of cosplayers. tis is my first time in few years, that i am going to cosfest, wif a group of cosplayers. i felt happy and excited. cuz for the past few years, i have been going with poly friends who dun cosplay, and at times alone, felt lonely.

i cosplayed as Lady from Devil May Cry 4 game. lots of ppl took my pix, eventually found a lot of my pix at the forum, under the gallery section. posted all the pix, the nice pix , at my cure cos account. it is a international cosplay community. i found kaname's account! he is so handsome la!! my favourite male cosplayer...^^ *fangirls* ps: it is kaname (wif a star behind his name)

k..back to cosfest.
i met Dante (cosplayed by keruton).wah!! he ishhh hott! he made the outfit and the weapons himself! omg..he did a really good job. we took pix together, and attracted lots of photographers. wahahaha... oso took pix wif blacklash. she did ada wong from resident evil 4 game. she ishh sexy la! *wolf whistles*

anyway, dante and I have few fangirls. one of the fangirl had her mom tagging along. and her mom is so supportive of her daughter cosplaying, and even encouraged me to continue cosplay. and kept saying that dante is hot, and i did Lady, look sexy..lol.
but i didn't have my bazooka weapon la!! my friend who is doing the weapon for me, is in ns, he didn't have time to finish it for cosfest. -_- ... anyway, blacklash is willing to lend me her handgun for some shots. even dante lend me his rebellion weapon , and the gun with the words 'ebony & ivory' .

i was hanging out wif kiramaru, he did lavi from d gray man. and it attracted a lot of ppl to take his photos. as both of us is doing solo, therefore we decided to group together, though we are not doing the same anime. it is quite fun hanging out with him. when we were sitting on the grass resting, i almost dozed off while sitting, he almost dozed off while lying on the grass. ppl came over and took our pix. and we didn't know la! till i opened my eyes and saw the photographers. kira went back to rest, ignored them. i just posed for them, while sitting on the grass. there is 2 reporters who interviewed me, and they are from the straits times la! omg. (but the straits times did not post my pix..saw the newspaper liao).
also took pix wif other cosplayers too.. ^^

luckily, i managed to finish sewing the stripes on Lady's suit. it took me 2 months to complete. cuz at times i was busy watching anime, practicing singing for band jamming. now i quit band liao. so i haf more time for cosplay liao.

actually i did not sew the stripes on Lady's shorts. oops... but after i finish sewing the bikini for DOA shoot in august, i will have to do Lady's shorts, and sew the design on the suit collar. the whole costume is currently now 90% accurate, but i wanna do it properly. cuz it is for a photoshoot wif some pro cosplayers in september, october. can't wait for it >_<

i met aiiki and some of them at day 1. too bad aiiki can't join us on day 2. almost couldn't recognize aiiki la.. cuz she wore blond wig.lol.

den on sun, all the guys went home. i was the only one left in the chalet! omg. luckily, met some of my friends from another chalet. they were staying for the nite too. so , i was not alone..wahahah. chatted wif a good friend, while the guys is playing ps3 game..and he was playing DMC 4 la!!! lolol

took leave on monday. cuz i wanted to stay at chalet till mon. at first , jjp they all wanna book out on mon mornin. however they went off on sun nite.. sian. lucky met my friends from other chalet. there was lots of ppl getting chalet la..

met lots of them and chatted. really glad that i made tis decision by staying at chalet. otherwise i will be brooding at home, going to church..phew

didn't want to get back to work too..lol
didn't had enough sleep on sunday nite..slept veri late ah. slept early on mon nite..

though my stepmom threaten me again, to quit cosplay. however i am not going to give up.
the show must go on...... (being random)

no band
no cosplay
no more dollfie stuffs
sian... life is boring without it.

my bf supports me to continue cosplay. he is veri supportive. omg..
yeap..got a new bf. mom knows bout it, but not against it, and not totally like it. however, my bf is determined to prove to others how much he love me, and he is soooo sweet la...awww..
didn't regret knowing him.. ^^
